Dimitrius J. N. Richardson is a NCCER Certified Carpenter, with a foundation in biotechnology and urban infrastructure, now studying architecture. This venture embodies the ethos of boundless design — where every product does more than serve a purpose; it inspires. Carpentry was my introduction to the design industry, a starting point that evolved into a deeper pursuit of form, space, and function. Through each creation, I’ve refined a vision to push design beyond limits — through carpentry now, and soon, through architecture and infrastructure. Oak Inc. is how that vision moves — creating purpose-built products shaped by design intent and committed to shaping what’s next for Bermuda.

Zakary Nzabalinda serves as the strategic business development partner. His key role is driving the company’s growth and expanding its presence in the local and online market. With a strong background in helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs, creatives, and non-profit grow their reach and realize their vision, Zakary brings a unique blend of strategic insight, brand development, and collaborative leadership to the company’s mission. Zakary supports OAK Inc. in identifying new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and shaping the company’s narrative around craftsmanship, sustainability, and community impact. His work behind the scenes helps align vision with execution.

Edward Ball is a master carpenter with over 25 years of experience creating bespoke, high-quality furniture and architectural pieces. Known for his precision and deep knowledge of traditional woodworking techniques, he has collaborated on award-winning projects across luxury residential and commercial spaces. As an advisor and third-party producer for Oak Inc., Edward brings expert craftsmanship and trusted guidance to each project from concept to completion.
